He answers his phone when you have concerns, not relying on texts like so many others. The last house he sold for me was a last-minute miracle. Twelve hours before the house was to close the buyers lost their loan. Donny was on vacation but got on the phone from his hotel room and relentlessly found a private party to fund this loan and make the deal happen in the 11th hour.
